Our Story
Cold Creek Builders was founded by Roy Goodwin III after 20 years working with several award winning contractors in South Carolina. He decided to move back to North Carolina and bring his skills and knowledge home. He became a licensed home builder in Western North Carolina, specializing in providing top-notch home building services.
