We've been licensed SC residential builders for 10 years. We worked for two nationally known builders.  We know the difference between just a house and a home. We see the quality involved in homebuilding. We acquired my North Carolina builder's license a year ago because We love the mountains of western North Carolina.  In the past year, we have made many great contacts with outstanding people to work with, i.e. realtors, architects, material suppliers, and the best subcontracts we have found.  We don't want to build your home, we want to be an integral part of realizing your dreams. A home is an emotional part of a family life.  Although there are unforeseen obstacles, we strive to make the homebuilding process as seamless and easy as possible, with personalized attention, teamwork, and constant communication with the client through the homebuilding process.  We explain every step of the process and answer your questions or concerns before, during, and after I've handed you the keys.  We are available (at any time) after you move in.
